can we use if conditon on ppt by using conga?

what about a secondary contact? I have a "Contact 2" lookup field associated with all Service Cases. That lookup field seems to pull all info about that second contact just fine on the record page, just like the primary contact, but when I try to include that 2nd contact ID as an "additional to" in my Conga Solutions guide under Email > Add Recipients, it doesn't seem to process correctly when pressing the button and generating the email. Only the primary contact works and their email shows up just fine. For the 2nd contact, I'm getting this ID/value instead of an actual email address: "003F000001CuTfi"........ what am I doing wrong here? They're both lookup fields for Service Cases.

I think the lightning version has no query and template builders and that makes the merge mapping (in word) very painful!

Hello, Really nice with this video, but if I want to show only 1 template in template list, so how can I do? eg: if I used templateId=a10O0000004GtXi, a10O0000004Gs8N It displayed two template in template list and then when I used templateId=a10O0000004GtXi it displayed a lot of template in template list. Hi, it is possible to merge data (contactdata like name, adress etc) from a webform to a PDF template? This template also should have the possibility to add an autograph... Hope you can help and thanks in advance.
